My involvement in the living history community led to the opportunity to shoot the 2021 Fraser’s Ridge Homecoming near Ferguson, North Carolina. While the event was different than a typical reenactment setting, it allowed me the opportunity to meet many new friends, reconnect with some old ones, and take a wide variety of images. I spend more time “in camp” which means that I had plenty of time to shoot during those days (and nights). It took a while, but I’ve worked through them all and have presented some of my favorites below.

As always, I would be happy to send you a digital copy of your photos to the reenactors who appear in them, for your own personal use or for the promotion of your unit, free of charge. In order to make that happen, just contact me with the number(s) of the image(s) and I will get them into your inbox as quickly as possible. Please don’t just grab a screenshot. Let me send you a full-quality image! Also, prints are available in a variety of sizes and finishes. Just click the shopping cart icon below the image to place your order right here on the site. Or, if you would like something in particular, or if it’s just easier for you, you can contact me directly and I will handle the process for you.

If you participated in the 2021 Fraser’s Ridge Homecoming and you don’t see yourself below, there is a very good chance that I have an image or two of you in my files. I’d be happy to check if you would just contact me with a description and I will see what I can find. The same is true for those of you that do appear below. I undoubtedly have more images of you or you unit that simply didn’t make the final cut.
